Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange.

RETURNS

Instead of returning items, you can contact is for a full refund, just tell us what went wrong send email to ceo@mariakinz.com or text with order number to (312) 479-1349 along with a picture, we will reach you back with in 24 hours and we will give your money back in full. Then, if possible you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

You can send returns back to us after we process your refund request email and process. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, fill out our online return product form and place the item securely in its original packaging and condition, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

EXCEPTIONS

If you have received a defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

1 YEAR UNIVERSAL DAMAGE COVERAGE

If you damage your product for any reason (seriously, there are no exceptions), we will send you a new, free product in return of the damaged product from you. You just pay a small processing fee of $8.99 + shipping to deliver your new replacement product (max 2 replacements per items purchased). If same product is out of stock then we will send newer product of your choice in same price range.

Promotional Items

Please note that Promotional Items are not covered under our Free Maintenance or universal damage coverage . These items are not serviceable and cannot be exchanged for any other item since they are offered while quantities last. Promotional Items can be remove from our website at any time and the Company has no obligation to fulfilled expired offers or promotions.
