Shipping methods

MariaKinz uses Two different carriers to ensure your items arrive on time. When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.
 
Our Two carriers are:
  • United Parcel Service (UPS)
  • United States Postal Service (USPS)
UPS has teamed up with USPS to assist with deliveries for Standard Shipping. Under the UPS Smart Delivery Options, UPS will transport the package initially, then the package will be handed over to your local USPS for delivery to your shipping destination.

Merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, and items may arrive separately. If this is the case:
  • You will not incur additional shipping charges
  • Your shipping charge (if applicable) will be split across the multiple packages when your order is shipped
Please note: Orders being shipped to a P.O. Box address will be delivered by Standard Delivery only and are excluded from the expedited shipping options.
 
 

Special shipping information & restrictions

If merchandise is in stock:
  • It is usually processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days
  • We will let you know at checkout, or by a follow-up email, if your merchandise is currently in stock or if we need to verify the availability of the items
Back-ordered merchandise: If an item is out-of-stock, it will be placed on back order and will ship as soon as it is available. We will give you an expected shipping time at checkout.

Jewelry: We will ship jewelry only to physical street addresses within the United States. Jewelry cannot be shipped to:
  • P.O. Boxes
  • Military Addresses (APO/FPO)
  • U.S. Territories, including American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands 
Restricted items: Due to air transport restrictions and regulations, the following items are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by Standard Ground Shipping only. These restricted items are not eligible for Premium, Express or Overnight Shipping, and cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or (APO/FPO), or to non-continental locations (Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all U.S. Territories, including American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands). These items include:
  • Aerosols
  • Pressurized spray cans
  • Alcohol-based products, including hairspray, nail polish, nail polish remover, shaving cream, and any product containing a lithium battery

Managing Same-Day & Next-Day Delivery Purchases
To shop for items that are eligible for Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery, use the Shipping and Pickup filter on the left side of the page as shown below:
 
 
Same-Day & Next-Day Delivery is not available for deliveries to:
  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • U.S. territories (excluding Plaza Las Americas in San Juan, Puerto Rico)
Check the status of your Same-Day Delivery items by checking your Order History. Most Same-Day Delivery orders are delivered between 3PM-6PM (local time).
 
 

What I should expect once my order is placed

Select Track Your Order to view your order status.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email that will include an estimated shipment date(s) based on the delivery method selected when the order was placed
  • Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Select the Track Shipment link provided in the email to receive the most up-to-date shipping information

Gift Store Category - Shipping Policy

Gift Store is one of our special category where items are shipped directly from manufacturer or factory to the consumer on reduced/negotiated or wholesale price. Shipping is free for that category and shipping/delivery time is from 7 - 21 days.
We understand this is more than normal shipping days then our store policy, however this category is not available in our inhouse stock. Please read carefully before you order. Our select products in this category are on wholesale price and we made it available to our customers.
